Model turned chef Caroline Byron has launched an exciting new book for gluten free lovers simply titled, Gluten Free Naturally. Byron contracted Lyme disease at age ten and suffered years with the disease. She worked as a model but decided she enjoyed cooking gluten-free recipes that aided her with her illness and prevented her from skin inflammation and poor digestion, among others.
She learned her craft at the New York Culinary Institute then worked as a pastry chef. She also has a well known blog ‘Simply Caro‘ where she’s gained a huge following and has appeared in Vogue and Town and Country. Her new book is packed with “100 gorgeous recipes to transform the way you eat.” Find all your favorites such as; mac and cheese, apple pies and chocolate cakes. You’ll absolutely love these recipes which are of course all ‘gluten-free’ and easy to make too. Caroline’s new book is now available on Amazon.com for purchase.
Byron’s book launch, held in the private garden at French luxury Parisian bakery Ladurée, was attended by top industry fashionistas and influencers to celebrate. Guests sipped on champagne and custom cocktails, and nibbled on gluten-free canapes by Caroline Byron and macaroons provided by Ladurée.
